theoutliers2. How long will it take for my parcels to arrive at my house if I opt for Normal Postage?
It usually takes about 2 to 3 working days for your parcel to arrive. However, there is a possibility that parcels will be delayed by a few days during festive periods (eg. CNY, Christmas) due to high traffic at the post office.
3. Do you do meet ups?
No, all goods are delivered through SingPost.
4. Can I make an exchange or refund if the clothes don't fit me?
No. As the measurement of clothes has already been stated in the website, customers are encouraged to measure their own body type measurement before ordering from us.
5. What is ptp found in the Closet Collection measurement?
For tops and dresses, Ptp is the measurement across the armpits.
For shorts, long pants and skirts, Ptp is the measurement across the waist.
6. I did not receive any invoice even though I left a comment at the page.
Kindly check your order status. We reply all comments even if the item is sold out/unavailable at the moment.
7. When will I receive my invoice after I have posted a comment?
We will send you an invoice within 1 working day (unless the item is unavailable).
8. Are prices stated inclusive of postage fees?
No, prices are NOT inclusive of normal postage unless otherwise stated. Click here for more information on postage methods.

Our products are in good quality and condition.
All products available for sale are brand new, imported or manufactured products.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Do inspect items once received.
Contact us within 7 days of purchase for any defects and the exchange process would be advised. Exchanges can only be done within 2 weeks from the point of sale of items.
Size exchanges are only allowed under two conditions:
1) There are still available sizes of that particular design
2) Buyers are willing to absorb the postage fees
Please take our measurements on site for a better gauge.
We will only exchange if:
1) Items are bought directly from our online shop and not from 3rd party sellers.
2) Items are still in packaging, brand new, not washed or worn before.
We would not be able to do exchanges for designs.
In the case of defects (please send us a photo of the defect), you may choose from the following options:
1) Send the defected piece back to us through registered mail. We will then send you a new piece via registered postage to replace the defected piece if there are available stocks.
2) Send the defected piece back to us and keep the amount you paid for as store credits for future purchases!
***Registered mail will be absorbed by us***
REFUND POLICY
Do take note of the amount transferred to our account and transfer the amount as stated in the invoice.
We regret that we will not be able to refund any excess amount transferred.
The excess amount would be kept as store credits for future purchases.
Note: Refunds will only be done on a case by case basis. In the event of a refund, please allow us two working days to process it. For amounts below $10 in value, it will be kept as store credits.
Refunds will only be done for defective pieces if we have no stocks left for that particular design.
MISCELLANEOUS
All pictures have been post processed to our ability to reflect the true attributes of our products.
However, do allow some colour discrepancy as different monitors portray different colours, which is unfortunately not within our control.
Measurements may differ between 0.5''-0.75'' as items are mass produced and slight variations are inevitable.
The above discrepancies will not be accepted as valid reasons for exchanges or refunds.
The Outliers reserves the right to reject any transaction/customers at our own discretion.
Note that modelled pieces will be sold if they are in good condition.
